Da qualidade da comida e das bebidas, localização fabulosa junto à praia, variedade de espaços no hotel, os funcionários muito prestáveis.

A limpeza dos quartos e a desorganização dos espaços das refeições pois faltavam sempre copos, canecas e talheres. A animação deixa um bocadinho a desejar, apesar de ser uma equipa com qualidade.

Die Sauberkeit indem Zimmern. Die Böden waren dreckig, die Türen noch voll geschmiert mit Fingerabdrücken von den Vorgängern. Auch war das Zimmer voller Ameisen. Nach Beanstandung wurde die Plage an Ameisen auch weniger, und es wurde halbwegs an dem Tag geputzt. Aber definitiv kein 5* Standard

„Einerseits gab es viele schöne Momente und super nettes Personal. Andererseits wurde unser Aufenthalt durch mehrere uns

Die Lage ist super. Restaurant Essenze und Adult only-Pool haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Personal dort war super lieb und nett. Das Buffet war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Tania von Customer Care war richtig professionell und zuvorkommend.

Während des Check-Ins erhielten wir einen Zettel mit veralteten Öffnungszeiten. Dies führte zu einem unangenehmen Erlebnis in der Salty Bar am zweiten Tag, da wir uns auf die falschen Zeiten verlassen hatten. Mehrmals begegnete uns das Personal der Salty Bar unhöflich, sowohl im Restaurantbereich als auch an der Bar selbst. Im Carosello Restaurant, trotz der freundlichen Bedienung, herrschte ein chaotisches Ambiente, was möglicherweise auf das Management zurückzuführen ist, wer weiß. Wir mussten 50 Minuten auf eine Pizza und ein Pastagericht warten, obwohl das Lokal nicht ausgelastet war. Eine längere Wartezeit hätte ich noch hingenommen, wenn nicht die Qualität der Pasta so enttäuschend gewesen wäre. Auch das Angebot am Vorspeisenbuffet war fast leer und unappetitlich präsentiert. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen entschieden wir uns gegen weitere Besuche in den à la carte Restaurants und stornierten unsere Reservierungen, um stattdessen im Essenze zu speisen. Als Krönung dieses Aufenthalts wurde das linke Glas meiner YSL-Sonnenbrille zerkratzt, während sie einen Tag lang im Zimmer lag, da ich eine andere Brille trug. Am Samstag bemerkte ich den Schaden. Ich möchte niemanden unbegründet beschuldigen, allerdings haben weder ich noch mein Mann die Brille zerkratzt. Und deswegen behalte ich meine Vermutungen für mich. Eine Beschwerde beim Kundenservice brachte leider keine zufriedenstellende Lösung.

„Schönes Familienhotel

Gutes Frühstück, jedoch hätte ich mehr Auswahl erwartet (es gab zb nur 2-3 Marmelade Sorten oder nur 2 verschiedene Brötchenarten, nur Butter oder Margarine und kein Frischkäse zB). Das Personal am Check-in war sehr freundlich. Die Auswahl der Getränke beim All Inklusive war auch sehr gut.

Das Reservieren der Liegen anderer Gäste… Es gibt keine Aufzüge für die obere Etage, mit Kinder und schweren Koffern war dies sehr ungünstig!

„Es war rundum toll und wir konnten uns gut erholen.

Die Lage des Hotels ist ruhig, etwas ausserhalb des Dorfkerns. Der eine öffentliche Strand ist entweder über einen Gehweg erreichbar (ca. 10 Minuten Fussmarsch), der etwas westlichere Strand mit dem hoteleigenen Tivoli-Shuttle-Train, der ungefähr alle halbe Stunde fährt. Dieser "Zug" kann auch genommen werden, um in das Dorf zu gelangen. Die ganze Anlage ist wirklich schön erstellt, wirkt neu und stellt für Familien, wie auch für Reisende ohne Kinder eigene Pools zur Verfügung. Wer Fitness/Sport betreiben möchte, kommt auch hier nicht zu kurz, obwohl wir selber darauf verzichtet haben. Die Auswahl der Buffets ist sehr reichhaltig und schmackhaft gekocht. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Essen war nicht immer ganz heiss ... Ansonsten gibts die volle Punktzahl - jeder findet hier etwas, das schmeckt. Mit dem Personal hatten wir nicht viel Kontakt, deshalb können wir die Freundlichkeit auch nicht wirklich beurteilen. In den Restaurants wurden wir aber immer freundlich bedient und auch am Pool ab und zu nach einem Wunsch für einen Drink gefragt.

Der einzige grössere Minuspunkt war das Bett. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer für 3 Erwachsene gebucht. Es gab ein grosses Doppelbett und eine Schlafcouch, die zusammengestellt werden konnte. Leider mass diese in der Länge nur ca. 180 cm. Mein Sohn konnte daher nur mit angewinkelten Beinen oder aber mit den Füssen auf dem Nachttisch schlafen. Bei einer Dreierbelegung deshalb unbedingt darauf achten, dass ein Zustellbett bestellt werden kann (falls es das gibt). Nicht negativ, jedoch wichtig: Das Hotel befindet sich ca. 75 km vom Flughafen entfernt. Das heisst, mit dem Taxi müssen pro Weg zusätzlich zu den Hotelkosten noch Transportkosten in Höhe von mindestens 100 Euro gerechnet werden. Hier ist eine Alternative mit UBER oder BOLT in Erwägung zu ziehen, diese sind jeweils etwas billiger und sehr zuverlässig.

„Schöne Anlage und Pools, leider durch das Essen und die Größe nicht optimal das Potential ausgenutzt.

Poolanlage sauber und ordentlich, Zimmer sehr schön und funktionell, Personal freundlich, Anlage allgemein in Ordnung.

Essen leider nicht das beste, sehr auf Masse produziert und generisch, zwei a la carte Restaurants inklusive, hier kam es einem so vor als wäre das Personal überfordert. Essen hier etwas besser. Sehr große Anlage (über 300 Zimmer), Fitness Raum eher stiefmütterlich gepflegt. Sehr hohe Besucherzahl aus England.

„Für eine Woche Entspannung genau das richtige!!!

Tolle Anlage, 10 Minuten Fußweg zum Strand, rechts Kilometerlanger Sandstrand, links Steilküste mit fantastischen kleinen Buchten. Wir waren über Pfingsten da und die Anlage war maximal zur Hälfte belegt, die Strände waren quasi leer. Essen ist gut, die Cocktails haben Luft nach oben, Preis Leistung haben wir aber als sehr gut empfunden.

Llegamos un jueves y a medida q llegaba el fin de semana se notó q había menos gente en el hotel y el servicio de camareros empeoró mucho. Sábado y domingo no fue tan buen servicio, eran menos camareros pero lo q estaban no te atendía, tenías q ir tú a pedirles y preguntarles. Nosotros estuvimos el año pasado tb y se ha notado la diferencia a un poco a peor. Menos tipos de comida, más espera en los restaurantes, en la casa infantil apenas había materiales, etc
